Who are We?

JRCC is a boutique Melbourne based Commercial Advisory and Project Management consultancy with specialist experience in the infrastructure sector. We support clients to develop and deliver complex projects ensuring value for money outcomes. Being a small organisation, we are able to focus all our effort on offering practical, high quality and value for money solutions.

The JRCC Approach

Private industry experience translated to value for the taxpayer : Both Sabu and Ryan commenced their working careers with private organisations, which was then followed up with experience within government organisations. This gives them a unique insight into the different drivers for the different organisations. This experience helps ensure that best for project outcomes are reached.

Project management - Enabling Works:

JRCC’s consultants have significant experience working in Project Manager capacities for Australian government organisations. Sabu’s experience spans all facets of local government where he has delivered multiple projects over and above community expectations.

Ryan’s client-side project management experience has been gained working with state governments departments where he has been involved in all stages of various complex projects including giving input into business cases, developing designs for planning approval, developing and procuring complex contracts, delivering works and managing significant disputes.

Commercial management:

Sabu has delivered commercial success for several large and medium sized infrastructure projects locally and internationally. His broad experience in analysing budgets and packaging projects to optimise benefits for the client. With his commercial acumen and technical background, he can simplify and resolve complex contractual and commercial issues in projects.

Ryan is extremely passionate about the commercial management of projects and ensures that clients and the taxpayers are getting value for money outcomes. Ryan has been involved in various procurements, developed contracts, negotiated scopes of work and also has experience in multi-million-dollar dispute resolution projects. Ryan’s experience, working for sub-contractor, managing contractor and client has given him an acute understanding of the various commercial drivers for each party.
