Ryan is a trusted advisor with over eight years’ experience planning and delivering works across an array of commercial building, airport, road, rail, oil and gas and telecommunication projects. He has spent time working with tier 1 contractors and gained diverse experience working through both the pre-contracts and delivery phases along with extensive experience working with multiple government clients. Ryan has worked across a variety of project delivery models, including Engineering Procurement Construction Management (EPCM) contracts, alliances, design and construct, and traditional construct only contracts, representing client, head contractor and subcontractor interests. This has provided him with a skillset that covers each party’s distinct commercial interests, and a results-focussed outlook, demonstrated through his successful delivery of complex projects. In past projects Ryan has also worked on complex claims and negotiated fair and reasonable outcomes for all parties involved.

Sabu Philip is an experienced industry professional with more than 30 years of multidisciplinary experience in wide ranging construction projects in Australia and abroad. Have consistently achieved desired outcomes for projects as Contracts Manager and Project Manager. The projects involved internal roads, highways, taxiways & aprons, utilities, bulk earthworks, streetscapes, landscapes and commercial building with an aggregate value above $2.6 billion.

As an experienced Contracts Manager, Sabu has administrated financial reporting across infrastructure projects. Budget constraints and complex issues like project schedule extensions and disruptions have been successfully handled by Sabu, with his most recent projects being with local governments in Victoria.
